摘 要:介绍了采用脉冲电流测量LED结温的方法,并设计了一种结温测量实验仪,基于此仪器可以研究LED恒温装置的PID控制,测定脉冲电流参数对LED结温的影响,拟合LED结温与结电压的关系曲线来测量LED结温。实验结果表明,脉冲法测温准确,能够反映真实工作状态下的LED结温,具有操作便捷、非破坏性的特点。将该仪器应用到光电信息科学与工程专业的光电综合实验课程,可以加深学生对LED结温测试方法的理解,提高学生的动手能力,培养学生综合知识应用的能力。The method of measuring the junction temperature of LED by pulse current is introduced,and an experimental instrument for measuring junction temperature is designed.Based on this experiment instrument,the PID control of the LED constant temperature device can be studied,the influence of the pulse current parameter on the junction temperature of LED can be determined,which can fit the relationship curve between LED junction temperature and junction voltage,and the junction temperature of the LED is measured according to the relationship curve.Experimental results show that the pulse temperature measurement is accurate and can reflect the junction temperature under real working conditions.It has the characteristics of convenient operation and non-destruction.Applying this experimental instrument to the photoelectric integrated experiment course for the major of optoelectronic information science and engineering can deepen students’understanding of the LED junction temperature test method,improve their practical ability,and cultivate their ability to apply comprehensive knowledge.
