摘  要:针对高校焊接类专业缺少逆变焊接电源实验平台与相关实践课程的现状,以培养“新工科”人才为出发点,设计了用于教学实验的高频逆变焊接电源平台。实验平台主要由主电路和控制检测电路两部分组成,其中主电路包括整流滤波Ⅰ、逆变模块、变压电路、整流滤波Ⅱ、电弧焊枪等模块,控制检测电路包括人机交互系统、主控制电路、IGBT驱动电路、电压电流信号安全监测点等模块。通过问卷调查和成绩分析方式对实践效果进行了评估,结果表明该平台有助于学生充分理解基础理论知识,培养学生的动手创新能力和科研素质。In view of the current lack of experimental platform for inverter welding power source and related practical courses for welding specialty,starting from the training of“New engineering”talents,a high-frequency inverter welding power supply platform for teaching experiment is designed.The experimental platform is mainly composed of two parts such as the main circuit and the control detection circuit.The main circuit includes rectification and filtering moduleⅠ,inverter module,transformer,rectification and filtering moduleⅡand arc welding torch.The control detection circuit includes a human-computer interaction system,main control circuit,IGBT drive circuit and safely monitoring circuit of voltage and current.The practice effect is evaluated through questionnaire surveys and performance analysis.The results show that the teaching experimental platform is helpful for students to fully understand the basic theoretical knowledge and cultivate students’hands-on innovation ability and scientific research quality.
