摘　　要：动物生物安全实验室产生的危害性生物废弃物的科学管理是实验室生物安全管理的关键环节,也是保障生物安全的重要手段。目前,具有可操作性的生物废弃物处置措施和指导性细则相对欠缺,亟待完善。在查阅国内外相关资料的基础上,结合武汉大学动物生物安全三级实验室的运行经验,对危害性生物废弃物的分类收集、暂存、运送、去污染和处置方法等几个环节展开相应的探讨,为危害性生物废弃物规范管理和探索提供一定的依据和思路。The scientific management of biohazardous waste in the animal biosafety laboratory is not only the key link of laboratory biosafety management,but also an important means to ensure biosafety.There is an urgent need for implementable procedures and guiding rules aimed to handling and disposal of hazardous biological waste.On the basis of various materials and the operation experience of the Animal Biosafety Level-3 Laboratory of Wuhan University,the procedures related to identification,classification,package,transportation,decontamination and disposal of biohazardous waste are discussed in detail in order to provide some basis and guidance for the standardized management of biohazardous waste.
