摘　　要：预算管理是企业财务管理的重要组成部分,精准的预算是提升企业经济效益的有效途径,是决定企业是否能够可持续发展的重要环节。文章旨在探讨影响企业经济效益的主要因素与预算管理对企业经济效益的提升作用,并提出企业加强预算管理的有效措施。Budget management is an important part of enterprise financial management.Accurate budget is an effective way to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and an important link to determine whether enterprises can achieve sustainable development.This paper aims to explore the main factors affecting the economic benefits of enterprises and the role of budget management in promoting the economic benefits of enterprises,and puts forward effective measures for enterprises to strengthen budget management.
