摘  要:针对油气田井下磨铣工具工作过程复杂、观测不便、危险程度高等问题,利用机电一体化技术设计开发了一种用于模拟井下磨铣工具工作过程的教学实验平台,本平台主要由动力模块、传动模块、磨铣模块、电缸模块和测控模块组成,可以对不同结构类型磨铣工具的工作过程进行教学演示,并实时采集磨铣过程中的转矩、转速与钻压等数据,完成磨铣工具的实验分析。本平台可以直观演示井下磨铣工具的工作过程,有助于学生加强对油气田施工现场的认识,加深对井下工具结构原理和工作过程的理解,并为学生开展创新训练和科学研究提供了实验条件。In view of the problems such as complicated working process, inconvenient observation and high degree of danger of downhole milling tools in oil and gas fields, the mechatronics technology is used to design and develop a teaching and experimental platform for simulating the working process of downhole milling tools. The platform is mainly composed of a power module, a transmission module, a milling module, an electric cylinder module, a measurement and control module, which can be used to demonstrate the working process of the milling tool of different structural types. Besides, it can collect the data of torque, rotation speed and drilling pressure in the milling process in real time to complete the experimental analysis of milling tools. By visually demonstrating the working process of the downhole milling tool, the platform helps to strengthen students’ understanding of the oil and gas field construction site, deepen the understanding of the structural principle and working process of the downhole tool, and provide experimental conditions for students to carry out innovative training and scientific research.
