摘 要:针对过去7年企业实训课程考核方面的突出问题,结合国际工程教育专业认证、我国高等学校教学质量国家标准和OBE理念,总结出一种以能力提升为导向的信息类专业企业实训课程考核方法。企业讲师以分析复杂工程问题能力、解决复杂工程问题能力、团队合作能力、项目交流能力、抗压能力等五个能力维度为产出目标,对学生实训课程进行评价。通过引入学生能力自评视角,五大能力维度的合理性得到验证,为信息类专业企业实训课程的考核提供了新思路。In order to resolve the main problems in assessment of enterprise training courses that emerged in the past seven years and combined with the requirements of international engineering certification in higher education and the national standards of teaching quality in Chinese universities as well as the principle of OBE, an assessment method of enterprise training courses for information-related majors based on capability improvement is proposed. Enterprise lecturers take the five capabilities of analyzing complex engineering problems, solving complex engineering problems, team cooperation, project communication and pressure resistance as output objectives to evaluate the score of students’ practical training courses. By introducing the perspective of self-assessment of students’ capabilities, the rationality of the five capability dimensions has been verified, which provides a new means for the assessment of enterprise training courses for information-related majors.
