摘  要:传统设计方法下的自动监测仪,由于提取的信号特征不显著,导致该仪器的降噪效果不佳,令得出的数据失真,为此基于支持向量数据描述(SVDD),设计航空蓄电池状态自动监测仪。该仪器基于SVDD方法设置分类超平面,对待处理数据展开超球形描述,结合拉格朗日定理,按照约束条件处理状态信号;利用散点图模拟信号位置,通过主成分分析法提取信号特征;半监督分类特征信号,设置特征子空间控制信噪比;设计放大电路,通过低通滤波二次处理监测信号,实现对航空蓄电池状态的自动监测,至此该自动监测仪设计完毕。实验结果表明,与传统设计方法下的自动监测仪相比,所设计的监测仪降噪能力更强,可见该设备满足当前的航空蓄电池状态监测要求。For the automatic monitor under the traditional design method,due to the insignificant signal characteristics extracted,the noise reduction effect of the instrument is not good,resulting in the distortion of the obtained data.Therefore,an automatic monitor for the state of aviation battery is designed based on support vector data description(SVDD).The classification hyperplane is set up based on SVDD method,and the hypersphere description of the date to be processed is expanded.Combined with Lagrange’s theorem,the state signal is processed according to the constraint conditions.The scatter diagram is used to simulate the signal position and the signal characteristics are extracted by the principal component analysis method.Semi-supervised is used to classity feature signal,feature subspace is used to control signal-to-noise ratio;The amplifying circuit is designed,and the monitoring signal is processed twice by low-pass filtering,so as to realize the automatic monitoring of the state of aviation battery.At this point,the automatic monitoring instrument is designed.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional automatic monitor,the designed monitor has a stronger noise reduction ability,which indicates that the device meets the current requirements of aviation battery condition monitoring.
