摘　　要：“全民终身学习”环境对高校图书馆文献信息资源提出新要求,高校图书馆应根据本馆文献信息资源现状,从党建引领、制度保障、队伍提升、基础建设、宣传推介等方面着力,有效建设与揭示“全民终身学习”环境下的高校图书馆文献信息资源,助力大学开展“全民终身学习”教育工作。The environment of"national lifelong learning"puts forward new requirements for the literature and information resources of university libraries.University libraries should focus on the party building guidance,system guarantee,team promotion,infrastructure construction,publicity and promotion,etc.,to effectively build and reveal the literature and information resources of university libraries under the environment of"national lifelong learning"according to the current situation of literature and information resources of their own libraries,so as to help universities develop"national lifelong learning"education.
