摘  要:为了降低规模化屠宰场非洲猪瘟(ASF)的传播风险,建立ASF风险评价指标体系,探索模糊层次分析法在ASF风险分级中的实际应用。采用德尔菲法,从宰前、宰中、宰后、日常管理4个方面选出12项二级指标,41项三级指标为风险因子,建立了多层次风险评价指标体系;利用层次分析法计算各评价指标的权重,再通过模糊综合评价进行多层次综合判断,实现定性分析与定量分析有机结合。运用该模型进行实证分析,被评价屠宰场ASF风险水平为“中等”,与实际情况一致,需要从日常清洗与消毒、生猪车辆管理、待宰管理等方面加强改善。研究构建的模糊层次评估模型可为监管机构实施风险分级管理提供依据,为屠宰企业加强自身ASF防控对策指明方向。A risk assessment index system for African swine fever(ASF)in slaughterhouse was established via surveys using Delphi method and then was comprehensively evaluated by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(F-AHP).This system covers the pre-slaughter,slaughter,post-slaughter and current management,which contains 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 41 third-level indicators.Then the AHP was used for calculating the weights of evaluation indicators and the risk level of ASF was determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.It took qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis together.The results showed that the ASF risk of slaughterhouse tested was mid-level(with certain risk)that was consistent with actual situation.Measures should be strengthened including the cleaning and disinfection of the live-pig vehicle and pending management.The establishment of this assessment index system will be helpful to evaluate ASF risk and take measures of dealing with the risks for regulators and enterprise themselves.
