教育现代化背景下体育教学组织形式研究

摘　　要：体育作为基层体育重要组成部分,是培养合格社会主义接班人重要要素。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对体育组织主体、组织内容、组织方式进行梳理发现:1)组织内容不针对、不具体,学校体育相关职能部门和教师没能完全有的放矢;2)组织主体思想不够解放,没能发挥"牛鼻子"作用,导致组织主体缺位、模糊;3)组织方式较为单一,系统性、动力性不足。运用全生命不同阶段需求理论建议:1)创新组织内容策略;2)强化组织主体策略;3)创新组织方式策略。结论:体育教学组织形式是学校体育深化转型发展的有效途径;是适应改革新时期教育教学发展"新要求"的有效响应;是教育现代化发展的必然要求。As an important part of grassroots organizations,sports is an important factor in cultivating qualified socialist successors.Through the literature data method and logical analysis method,the main body,organization content and organization mode of sports organization are sorted out and found out:1)the content of the organization is not targeted and not specific,and the functional departments and teachers of the school sports are not fully targeted;2)the main idea of the organization is not liberate enough,which fails to play the role of"bovine nose",resulting in the lack and unclear of organizational body;3)organizational style is relatively simple with less systematicness and motivation.According to life stage demand theory,it is suggested that 1)innovate organizational content strategy;2)strengthen organizational organization strategy;3)innovate organizational strategy.Conclusion:the physical education organization form is an effective way to deepen the transformation and development of school sports;it is an effective response to the"new requirements"of education and development in the new era of reform;it is an inevitable requirement for the development of education modernization.
