摘　　要：梳理我国与东盟国家在航海教育与培训领域开展国际合作的现状,分析我国与东盟国家在航海教育与培训领域开展国际合作存在的问题,在此基础上提出加强我国与东盟国家在航海教育与培训领域开展国际合作的四点对策:与东盟各国建立长效航海教育与培训国际合作机制,积极推动船员数据库建设,建立统一的航海教育与培训课程体系,以及建立健全我国与东盟国家航海教育与培训要素流通机制。Summariz the current situation of international cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in navigation education and training,analyze the problems,and put forward four strategies to strengthen the international cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in navigation education and training,establish a long-term international cooperation mechanism with ASEAN countries,actively promote the construction of crew database,establish a unified navigation education and training course system,establish and improve the circulation mechanism of navigation education and training elements between China and ASEAN countries.
