高校辅导员化解寝室矛盾工作技巧探讨

摘　　要：从高校辅导员化解寝室矛盾工作入手,基于实际工作案例,通过了解矛盾、听取意见、家校沟通、安抚情绪、说服教育、重建关系、跟踪调查、预防复发等一系列处理措施,有效化解寝室矛盾。在此基础上,提炼出辅导员在化解寝室矛盾和重建人际关系中要掌握用心倾听、精准研判、找准环境、说服教育、搭建平台、重建关系、结合制度、完善机制等工作技巧,探讨建立化解寝室矛盾辅导员预案体系,为辅导员有效化解大学生寝室矛盾提供帮助。Start with the work of college counselors to resolve dormitory conflicts,and based on the actual work cases,refined a series of working measures,such as understanding the contradiction,listening to opinions,communication between home and school,calming emotions,persuasion and education,rebuilding relations,tracking investigation,preventing recurrence and so on.On this basis,it is proposed that counselors should master the skills of attentive listening,accurate research and judgment,finding the right environment,persuasion and education,building a platform,rebuilding relationships,combining systems,and improving mechanisms.This paper discusses the establishment of a pre plan system for counselors to resolve dormitory conflicts effectively.
