城步县苗族育龄女性谷胱甘肽硫转移酶基因多态性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解湖南省城步县苗族育龄女性谷胱甘肽硫转移酶M1(GSTM1)、T1(GSTT1)和P1(GSTP1)基因多态性分布特征。方法:选择在城步县人民医院进行围孕期保健的456例苗族健康女性为研究对象。采集口腔黏膜上皮脱落细胞,提取基因组DNA。使用荧光定量PCR方法检测GSTM1、GSTT1和GSTP1基因多态性,进行统计分析。结果:GSTM1和GSTT1缺失基因型频率分别为55.5%和47.4%。GSTP1 GG基因型频率为3.3%,G等位基因频率为17.8%。GSTM1和GSTT1同时缺失基因型频率为25.4%,两个基因型的分布相互独立,无明显关联。结论:获取城步县苗族育龄女性GSTM1、GSTT1和GSTP1基因多态性的群体遗传学特征。Objective:To understand the distribution characteristics of glutathione S-transferase M1(GSTM1),T1(GSTT1)and P1(GSTP1)genes in Miao nationality women of Chengbu County,Hunan Province.Methods:A total of 713 healthy Miao women were selected from the People's Hospital of Chengbu County for perinatal care.The exfoliated cells of the oral mucosa were collected and the genomic DNA was extracted.The GSTM1,GSTT1 and GSTP1 gene polymorphisms were detected by real-time PCR and statistical analysis was performed.Results:The genotype frequencies of GSTM1 and GSTT1 deletions were 55.5%and 47.4%,respectively.The GSTP1 GG genotype frequency was 3.3%and the G allele frequency was 17.8%.The genotype frequency of GSTM1 and GSTT1 was 25.4%,and the distribution of the two genotypes was independent of each other.Conclusion:The population genetics of GSTM1,GSTT1 and GSTP1 gene polymorphisms in Miao nationality women of Chengbu County were obtained.
