膈下逐瘀汤治疗胃癌前期病变的临床对比观察核心研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对胃癌前期病变使用膈下逐瘀汤治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年11月本院收治的76例胃癌前期病变患者,采用数字法进行随机抽取,设为研究和对照两组。研究组38例使用膈下逐瘀汤治疗,对照组38例用胃复春片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和不良反应,以及幽门螺旋杆菌清除率。结果:研究组的治疗效果比对照组高(P<0.05),不良反应比对照组低(P<0.05),幽门螺旋杆菌清除率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌前期病变使用膈下逐瘀汤,幽门螺旋杆菌清除率高,治疗效果明显,不良反应低,疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of zhuyu Decoction on precancerous lesions.Methods:76 patients with precancerous gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected numerically and randomly,and were set as study and control groups.Thirty-eight patients in the study group were treated with Jixixia Zhuyu Decoction,and 38 patients in the control group were treated with Weifuchun tablets.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,and removal rate of Helicobacter pylori were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the adverse reactions were lower than the control group(P<0.05),The removal rate of Helicobacter pylori was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,the use of zhuyu decoction below the diaphragm has a high removal rate of Helicobacter pylori,obvious therapeutic effect,low adverse reactions,accurate curative effect,safe and reliable,so it can be widely used in clinical practice.
