摘 要:为了深入探究液相黏度对混输泵内气相分布规律的影响,基于两相流模型和标准的k-ε湍流模型,本文利用FLUENT软件以3种不同黏度的液体为液相介质对三级轴流螺旋式油气混输泵在设计工况、入口含气率30%条件下进行数值计算,总结了液相黏度对混输泵内气相分布规律的影响。结果表明:黏度越小对叶轮内和首级动叶轮叶片上气体分布影响越大,且当介质为重质油时混输泵内轴向方向上的气相体积分数基本保持不变。另外黏度对首级动叶轮叶片进口附近的气相体积分数的影响也较大。研究结果可为增强混输泵输送效率和水力稳定性提供参考。In order to further investigate the effect of liquid viscosity on the gas distribution in a multiphase pump,based on the two-fluid model and the standard k-εturbulence model,the Fluent software was employed to simulate the three-stage helicoaxial multiphase pump with three liquids with different viscosity under the design condition and inlet gas void fraction IGVF=30%.The effect of liquid viscosity on the gas distribution in a multiphase pump was summarized.The results show the lower the viscosity is,the greater the effect on the gas distribution in the impeller and the first stage impeller blades will be imposed,and the gas phase volume fraction in the pump along the axial direction remains basically unchanged when the medium is heavy oil.In addition,the effect of viscosity on the gas phase volume fraction near the inlet of the first stage impeller blade was also greater.The results can provide a reference for improving the efficiency and hydraulic stability of the multiphase pump.
