摘 要:以某1.5 MW永磁直驱式风电机组为研究对象,分析机组的动力学特性,考虑动态入流效应,建立机组气动、传动链、发电机、变桨距执行器数学模型;结合机组的实际参数和运行特性,设计转矩控制器、发电机功率控制器和变桨距控制器,得到该直驱机组整机控制系统模型。针对传统变桨距控制器的不足,提出权值系数分配和转矩信号补偿的PI控制方法,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,验证了搭建的机组模型的正确性,且控制器的性能良好。Taking a 1.5 MW permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine as the research object,the dynamic characteristics of the wind turbine are analyzed,and the mathematical model containing aerodynamics,transmission chain,generator and pitch actuator is established,considering the effect of dynamic inflow.Combined with the actual parameters and operating characteristics of the wind turbine system,the torque controller,generator power controller and pitch controller are designed to obtain the control system model of the complete machine of direct drive unit.Aiming at the deficiencies of the standard pitch controller,a PI controller with weight coefficient distribution and torque signal compensation is proposed.Through the simulation of MATLAB/Simulink,the correctness of the established wind turbine model and the performance of the controller are verified.
