附着龈重建术在口腔种植修复中的临床应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨附着龈重建术辅助口腔种植修复对患者附着龈宽度与龈缘外形的影响。方法:选择2017年6月-2019年5月笔者医院收治的进行种植修复手术的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组使用常规牙龈缝合术进行修复,观察组使用附着龈重建术,术后分析两组患者修复效果、附着龈宽度、附着点及龈缘外观重建情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,比较附着龈和有效角化黏膜宽度,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05),比较探诊深度、改良菌斑指数和出血指数,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:附着龈重建术辅助口腔种植修复对患者附着龈宽度与龈缘外形具有良性作用,相对于常规疗法,附着龈重建术效果更好。Objective To investigate the effect of attached gingival reconstruction on the width of attached gingival and the contour of gingival margin of the patients in the dental implantation and repair.Methods A total of 60 patients with attached gingiva reconstruction in our hospital between June 2017 and May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,including 30 patients in the observation group and 30 patients in the control group.The control group was repaired by conventional gingival suture,while the observation group was repaired by attached gingiva reconstruction.The results of postoperative repair,width of attached gingival,attachment point and appearance reconstruction of gingival margin of the two groups were analyzed.Results The rate of total effective of the observation group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 73.33%,the rate of total effective of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the width of attached gingiva and effective keratinized mucosa in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The probing depth,improved plaque index and bleeding index in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Attached gingival reconstruction assisted oral implant repair has a benign effect on the width of attached gingival and the shape of gingival margin of patients,and the effect of attached gingival reconstruction is better than that of conventional therapy.
