摘 要:目的:探究光固化流体树脂正畸托槽粘接剂对牙齿颜色、粗糙程度及抗剪切强度的影响。方法:收集2017年7月-2018年11月于笔者医院口腔科因正畸需要拔除的上颌第一前磨牙62颗。随机分为三组,A组21颗、B组23颗、C组18颗。A组采用化学固化树脂正畸托槽粘接剂,B组采用光固化流体树脂正畸托槽粘接剂,C组为空白对照,均进行染色操作。比较三组颜色参数值、表面粗糙程度。同时比较A、B组抗剪切强度及粘接剂残留。结果:染色后,三组明度值均显著降低(P<0.05),红绿色值和蓝黄色值均显著升高(P<0.05),A组明度值显著低于其余两组(P<0.05),红绿色值和蓝黄色值显著高于其余两组(P<0.05)。A组去粘接后的牙釉质表面较为粗糙,有大面积凹陷和明显划痕;B组去粘接后的牙釉质表面较为平坦,未见明显凹陷,仅见少量划痕;C组正常牙釉质表面较为光滑,未见凹陷及划痕。A组抗剪切强度为(9.85±2.36)MPa,显著小于B组抗剪切强度的(12.76±2.55)MPa(P<0.05)。A组粘接剂残留指数评估结果为2.57±0.62,B组粘接剂残留指数评估结果为3.02±0.95,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:相较化学固化树脂正畸托槽粘接剂,光固化流体树脂正畸托槽粘接剂处理的牙齿变色程度更低,抗剪切强度更高,也更光滑,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of photo-cured fluid resin orthodontic bracket binder on tooth color,roughness and shear strength.Methods Between July 2017 and November 2018,62 maxillary first premolars were removed from orthodontic department of our hospital.They were randomly divided into three groups:21 in group A,23 in group B and 18 in group C.Group A was treated with chemical curing resin binder,group B was treated with light-cured fluid resin orthodontic bracket binder,and the group C was blank control.Three groups of color parameter values and surface roughness were compared.At the same time,the shear strength and adhesive residue of the two groups were compared.Results After staining,the brightness values of the three groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the red and green values and blue and yellow values were significantly increased(P<0.05),the brightness values of the first group were significantly lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.05),and the red and green values and blue and yellow values were significantly higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).In the two groups,the surface of the glaze was flat,no obvious depression was found,and only a small amount of scratches were found,while the surface of the normal glaze in the three groups was smooth and no indentation and scratches were found.The shear strength of group A was(9.85±2.36)MPa,which was significantly lower than that of group B(12.76±2.55)MPa(P<0.05).The evaluation results of residual index of adhesive in group A and group B were(2.57±0.62)and(3.02±0.95)(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with chemical curing resin orthodontic bracket binder,light-cured fluid resin orthodontic bracket binder has lower discoloration degree,higher shear strength and smoother,which is worthy of clinical application.
