摘 要:针对电力系统自然灾害研究侧重于电网侧故障,较少以灾害链视角进行研究的问题,以4种自然灾害为例,开展了内蒙古电力系统自然灾害链的构建和分析。通过对内蒙古自治区的自然灾害特点和电力系统的总结,从宏观和微观两个角度分析了电力系统自然灾害链和故障链,分别构建了4种电力系统的灾害链和10种因自然灾害导致的故障链,梳理了两者的耦合关系,同时归纳了不同自然灾害的孕灾环境、致灾因子和特征因子。最后,探讨了电力系统自然灾害链的二元系统和广义孕灾环境的概念,为电力系统灾害防治提供技术参考。In order to solve the problem that the research of power system natural disaster focuses on the grid side fault, less on the perspective of disaster chain, taking four kinds of natural disasters as examples, the construction and analysis of Inner Mongolia power system natural disaster chain are carried out.Based on the summary of natural disaster characteristics and power system in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, We analyze the natural disaster chain and fault chain of power system from the macro and micro perspectives, respectively constructs four kinds of power system disaster chain and 10 kinds of fault chain caused by natural disasters, combs the coupling relationship between them, and sums up the relationship between them The disaster pregnant environment, disaster causing factors and characteristic factors.Finally, the concept of binary system and generalized disaster environment of power system natural disaster chain is discussed, which provides technical reference for power system disaster prevention and control.
