艾司唑仑联合枣仁安神胶囊治疗老年高血压病伴睡眠障碍疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究艾司唑仑联合枣仁安神胶囊对老年高血压病伴睡眠障碍的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年11月至2020年3月上海市浦东新区惠南社区卫生服务中心全科收治的老年高血压病伴睡眠障碍患者130例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。2组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予艾司唑仑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予枣仁安神胶囊辅助治疗,统计分析2组患者治疗前后血压变化情况、不同时间点睡眠质量以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后2组患者收缩压与舒张压均显著降低,观察组患者血压改善情况显著优于对照组;治疗后不同时间点PSQI评分均逐渐降低,但观察组各时间点PSQI评分均显著低于对照组;观察组总有效率93.85%,显著高于对照组的75.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾司唑仑联合枣仁安神胶囊可有效降低老年高血压水平,改善睡眠障碍相关症状,提高生命质量,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of estazolam combined with Zaoren Anshen capsule on elderly hypertensive patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 130 elderly patients with hypertension and sleep disorders who were medically treated in General practice of Huinan community health service center were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the digital table method,with 65 cases respectively.All patients were given conventional treatment,the control group was given estazolam on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Zaoren Anshen capsule as adjuvant treatment on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure changes before and after treatment and the sleep at different time points were statistically analyzed in both groups Quality and clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the blood pressure improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group;PSQI scores at different time points after treatment were gradually reduced,but the PSQI scores of the observation group at each time point were significantly lower than the control group Group;the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.85%,significantly higher than that of the control group of 75.38%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Estazolam combined with Zaoren Anshen capsules can effectively reduce the level of hypertension in the elderly,improve the symptoms related to sleep disorders,and improve the quality of life.It has good clinical application value.
