摘　　要：我国是大蒜的消费大国和生产大国,大蒜种植面积、产量均居世界首位。为了充分挖掘大蒜作物的市场价值文中从蒜农决策方式、农产品市场运行状况、气候条件、大蒜加工产品供给、大蒜出口产品结构等方面分析了对大蒜价格的影响,提出了稳定大蒜市场价格的对策建议,对大蒜市场价格调控、合理优化大蒜产业布局具有积极作用。China is a big country of garlic consumption and production.The planting area and output of garlic rank first in the world.In order to fully tap the market value of garlic crops,this paper analyzes the impact on garlic price from the aspects of garlic farmers'decision-making mode,agricultural product market operation status,climate conditions,garlic processing product supply,and garlic export product structure,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for stabilizing garlic market price,which has a positive role in regulating garlic market price and optimizing garlic industrial layout reasonably.
