摘  要:为建立一种用气质联用来测定鱼体内醚菊酯的方法,将鱼类样品经过冷冻干燥后用环己烷和乙酸乙酯的混合溶液进行萃取,再经过去脂、样品净化、旋转蒸发、氮吹、定容,并最终使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,并以苝-d12作为内标物质用内标法进行定量。实验结果表明:醚菊酯在0.02~1.00μg/mL的质量浓度范围内线性良好,方法检出限为1.58 ng/mL。与已有方法相比,使用气质联用的方法检测鱼类样品中的醚菊酯,简便快捷、灵敏准确,能够满足测定要求。Determination of etofenprox in fish by GC-MS with internal standard method is established.Lyophilized fish samples were extracted with a mixture of cyclohexane and ethyl acetate,followed by degreasing,purification,rotary evaporation,nitrogen blowing and constant volume,and finally measured by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and quantified by internal standard method with Perylene-d12 as an internal standard.The results showed that the linearity was good when the mass concentration of etofenprox was in the range of 0.02~1.00μg/mL and the detection limit of this method was 1.58 ng/mL.Compared with common methods for determining etofenprox in fish,the method reported here is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate and can meet the research requirements.
