摘　　要：对“十三五”时期河北省企业家人才队伍状况进行了梳理,分析了河北企业家人才队伍存在的短板与不足。在此基础上,提出了“十四五”时期河北省人才队伍建设的若干建议。The status of the entrepreneurial talent team was reviewed in Hebei Province during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period.The shortcomings and deficiencies of Hebei's entrepreneurial talent team are analyzed.On this basis,several suggestions for the construction of the talent team were put forward in Hebei Province during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.
