摘　　要：随着经济全球化的加剧与市场经济的不断发展,大型企业的数量不断增加。如何做好企业管理,尤其是如何做好大型企业管理,是亟需解决的重要问题。本文结合马克思主义管理哲学的重点内容展开系列分析和阐释,在此基础之上,将马克思主义管理哲学相关内容与企业管理结合起来对比思考,并在此基础上,为新时代条件下我国企业管理提供一定的参考与借鉴。As the economic globalization intensifies and the development of domestic market economy moves for⁃ward,the counterpart large-scale enterprises are constantly increasing in quantity,how to manage enterprises,espe⁃cially large-scale enterprises become an increasingly vital issue.In this paper,the core content of Marxist Philoso⁃phy of Management has been analyzed and illustrated serially.On this basis,a comparison and reflection on busi⁃ness administration and Marxist Philosophy of Management are made to offer reference for domestic enterprises man⁃agement in this new era.
