摘　　要：目的调查阜阳市公交车司机听力和视力状况,探讨其保护措施。方法以参加单位健康体检的阜阳市公交车司机320名作为调查对象,经职业健康检查评估其听力及视力状况,采用单因素及logistic多因素分析听力和视力损害的影响因素。结果 320名公交车司机中,共计61例有视力损害,占19.1%;59例听力损害,发生率为18.4%。59例听力损害者中,52例为轻度噪声聋,7例为中度噪声聋,无重度噪声聋。单因素及logistic回归分析显示,年龄、工龄是影响听力异常的独立危险因素(P<0.05);年龄、工龄、饮酒史是影响视力异常的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论阜阳市公交车司机听力和视力状况整体尚可,部分存在轻度听力及视力损害,主要与工龄较长有关,早期预防职业暴露对减少职业性视力及听力损害有重要意义。Objective To investigate the hearing and vision condition of bus drivers in Fuyang and explore their protective measures. Methods Fuyang 320 bus driver who took part in physical examination organized by their company were selected as the research object,and the occupational health examination hearing and vision condition were assessed. The influence factors of hearing and vision impairment were analysed using the single factor and logistic multi-factors analysis. Results Among the 320 bus driver,there were a total of 61 cases with vision impairment,accounted for 19.1%,and 59 cases with hearing impairment,accounting for 18.4%. Among the 59 cases of hearing impairment,52 cases were mild noise deafness,7 cases were moderate noise deafness and no case with severe noise deafness. Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that age and length of service were independent risk factors for vision abnormalities(P<0.05),while age,length of service and drinking history were independent risk factors for vision abnormalities(P<0.05). Conclusions Overall hearing and vision condition of Fuyang bus driver is well,but there are some of mild hearing and vision impairment,mainly with a long service length.It is necessary to take early prevention of occupational exposure to reduce occupational vision and hearing impairment.
