传统拔牙与无痛微创拔牙技术在齿槽外科中的应用对比

摘　　要：目的对比分析传统拔牙与无痛微创拔牙技术在齿槽外科中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月上海市北站医院收治的190例拔牙患者,按照不同拔牙技术分为试验组(应用无痛微创拔牙方法)和对照组(应用传统拔牙方法),每组95例。比较两组患者的平均拔牙时间、术中视觉模拟评分以及并发症(感染、下唇麻木、张口受限以及干槽症等)发生率。结果试验组平均拔牙时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),试验组术中视觉模拟评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)o结论无痛微创拔牙技术在齿槽外科中的应用效果显著高于传统拔牙技术,具有拔牙时间短、术中视觉模拟评分以及并发症发生率低等优势。Objective To compare and analyze the effect of traditional tooth extraction and painless and minimally invasive tooth extraction in alveolar surgery.Methods Totally 190 tooth extraction patients admitted to Shanghai Beizhan Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into exper imental group(using painless and minima11y invasive tooth extraction method)and control group(using traditional tooth extraction method)according to different tooth extraction technologies.with 95 cases in each group.The mean tooth extraction time,intraoperative vi sual analogue score,and incidence of compl ications(infection,lower lip numbness,mouth opening limi tation,and dry slot syndrome)in both groups were compared.Results The mean tooth extraction time of the experimental group was si gnificantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative visual simulation score of the exper imental group was si gnificantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group as significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of painless and minimally invasive tooth extraction technique in alveolar surgery was si gnificantly higher than that of traditional tooth extraction technique,which had the advantages of short time of tooth extraction,low intraoperative visual simulation score and complication rate.
