口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的观察及对龈沟液IL-β、TNF-α指标影响的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的疗效及优势。方法选取2016年1月至2019年5月江苏省昆山凯齐口腔门诊部收治的牙列缺损患者78例,随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例;行固定桥修复为常规口腔修复组,行口腔种植修复为口腔种植修复组;评价两组患者修复视觉模拟评分,以及治疗前后患者牙齿美观度、咀嚼功能、并发症情况和治疗后龈沟液白细胞介素-1(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者口腔种植修复牙齿美观度、咀嚼功能均有所提升,且口腔种植修复组优于常规口腔修复组(P<0.05)。口腔种植修复组的患者修复视觉模拟评分低于常规口腔修复组,且并发症的发生率显著低于常规口腔修复组(P<0.05)。修复治疗后口腔种植修复组龈沟液IL-1β、TNF-α水平显著低于常规口腔修复组(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损患者实施口腔种植修复效果较好,能够有效减轻患者的修复痛苦,改善患者牙齿美观度、咀嚼功能、修复视觉模拟评分,减少并发症的发生,且炎性指标水平较低,建议在临床予以推广。Objective To explore the effect and advantage of dental implant in the treatment of dentition defect.Methods From January 2016 to May 2019,78 patients with den tition defec t in Kaiqi dental clinic of Kunshan were randomLy divided into two groups,39 cases in each group;fixed bridge repair group was used as conventional dentai repair group,and dental implant repair group was used as dentai implant repair group;visual Simulation scores of the two groups were evaluated;tooth beauty,chewing function,complications and gingival sulcus after treatment were evaluated before and after treatmerrt The levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the liquid were compared.Results Compared with the pre-treatment group,the two groups improved the tooth beauty and chewing func ti on,and the den tai implant group was better than the conventional group(P<0.05).The visual Simula tion score of implant group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the incidence of complications was signif icantly lowwr than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid of the implant group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of dental implant repair in patients with dentition defects are good,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients' repair,improve the teeth beauty,chewing function,repair visual Simulation score,reduce the incidence of complications,and the level of inflammatory indicators is low,so it should be promoted.
