摘　　要：目的分析环指蛋白6(RNF6)在胃癌和癌旁正常胃组织中的表达水平并探讨其临床意义,研究其对临床胃癌进展的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2015年1月南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院进行手术切除的55例胃癌标本组织的免疫组化检测,分析RNF6蛋白表达水平与临床病理特征之间的关系,并通过积极随访,绘制生存曲线,应用Log-rank检验分析RNF6蛋白表达与胃癌患者生存期之间的关系。结果免疫组化结果证实胃癌标本中RNF6表达的阳性率与的肿瘤直径(P<0.001)、肿瘤浸润深度(P<0.001)、淋巴结转移(P=0.001)及肿瘤分期(P=0.003)相关。结论RNF6与胃癌细胞增殖及临床胃癌的发生、发展、浸润转移密切相关,可作为胃癌早期诊断、治疗和预后监测的潜在生物学指标。Objective To analyze the expression level of ring finger protein 6(RNF6)in gastric cancer and normal gastrie tissue adjacent to the cancer,and to discuss its clinical significance,and to study its influence on clinical gastrie cancer progression.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015,55 cases of gastrie cancer specimens were surgically resected in Huai5 an First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University.The relationship between RNF6 protein expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.The survival curve was drawn by active follow-up.Log rank test was used to analyze the relationship between RNF6 protein expression and clinicopathological features.The relationship between survival time of gastrie cancer patierrts.Results The immunohistochemical resuIts confirmed that the positive rate of RNF6 expression in gastrie cancer specimens was related to tumor diameter(P<0.001),tunior invasion depth(P<0.001),lymph node metastasis(P=0.001),and tumor st age(P=0.003).Conclusion RNF6 is closely rela ted to the prolifera tion of gas trie cancer cells and thw occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of clinical gastrie cancer,and it can be used as a potential biological indicator for early diagnosis,treatmerrt and prognosis monitoring of gastrie cancer.
