摘　　要：〕在新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化和经济下行压力加大的背景下,2020年高校应届毕业生就业形势更加严峻复杂。针对高校应届毕业生求职情况的问卷调研显示,应届毕业生对专业就业现状的认知在不同性别、学历层次和学科类别之间存在差异,求职技能的提升、各类线上线下就业信息平台的搭建是应届毕业生目前最希望得到的支持。缓解新冠肺炎疫情下高校应届毕业生就业难问题,应加强组织领导,构建全员化格局;加强统筹,增加供给,稳定预期;关注重点就业群体,分类服务﹔分阶段与大数据分析提升就业效率﹔转变择业预期,强化就业引导﹔增强就业指导工作针对性、有效性,提高就业指导服务水平。Under the background that the epidemic prevention and control of novel coronavirus pnecumonia has been normalized and the economy has undergone a downturn,the employment situation of fresh graduates from colleges and universities in 2020 is more severe and complex.A questionnaire survey on the employment situation of fresh graduates from colleges and universities shows that there are differences in the cognition of the current employment situation related to majors between different genders,educational levels and subject categories.The promotion of job hunting skills and the construction of various online and offlinc cmployment information platforms are the most popular support for fresh graduates at present.In order to alleviate the problem of employment difficulties of fresh graduates from colleges and universities under the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation,we should strengthen organizational leadership and build an all-member pattern,strengthen overallplanning,increase supply,stabilize expectations,focus on key employment groups,provide services by classification,improve employment efficiency through phased and big data analysis,change employment expectations,strengthen employment guidance,enhance pertinence and effectiveness of employment guidance,and improve the service level of employment guidance.
