摘 要:满意度作为衡量和评价图书馆公共文化服务度的重要指标,受到图书馆研究和管理实践领域的高度重视。文章在总结国内外有关图书馆满意度评价体系的基础上,开发出一个由25个观察变量所构成的指标体系对图书馆公共文化服务进行满意度评价。以浙江省4家市级公共图书馆为研究对象,运用结构方程模型进行分析,研究表明,图书馆的总体满意度为82.1%;场馆环境、文献资源、图书流通服务、其他公共文化活动、工作人员对图书馆公共文化服务满意度都有直接的正向作用。As an important indicator to assess the public cultural services provided by libraries,readers’ satisfaction is often high-lighted by researches and management practices in libraries.Based on the summary of the satisfaction evaluation system of libraries at home and abroad,the author of this article has developed an index system consisting of 25 observed variables to assess readers’ satisfaction with library public cultural service satisfaction.In view of 4 municipal libraries in Zhejiang,the research employs a structural equation model to do the analysis.Results show that overall satisfaction is 82.1%.The environment,literature resources,books circulation services,and other public cultural activities,and the staff of the library have a direct effect on the satisfaction with public cultural services in a library.
