摘  要:文章分析了学科服务系统的协同理论结构特征,它是一个复杂的、开放性的、非线性的动态系统,存在要素作用、序参量因素,并能通过自组织达到新的平衡和有序。对学科服务系统中存在的各种作用要素:学科服务规划要素、学科服务资源要素、学科馆员能力要素、用户需求与参与要素、学科服务团队要素、学科服务环境要素等进行深入分析,并探究其驱动影响与重要作用,以及以此为出发点的驱动与协同管理策略。根据协同理论的指导,利用学科服务的开放性、要素作用、自组织等功能,着眼于需求驱动、目标驱动、人力驱动、政策驱动、文化驱动、技术驱动等,提出加强学科服务能动要素积极性与主动性的驱动与整合。This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the subject service system.It is a dynamic,complex,open and non-leaner system that works through elements and order parameters and achieves balance through self-organizing.The paper analyzes various elements including subject service plan and resource,competence of librarians,user requirements and participation,subject serving teams and environment.The paper also studies their driving forces and influences,based on which a driving and collaborative management strategy is also researched.According to the synergy theory,the paper proposes that the subject service must be driven more by active elements,including need,targets,talents,policy,culture and technology,which need to be integrated.The paper also suggests that the driving be guided according to the functions of openness,element and self-organization of the subject service.
