摘 要:目的:探讨南充地区青年人群生活习惯与发生胃癌的关系。方法:选取2019年1-12月经病理确诊的南充地区胃癌青年患者40例,按照1∶1病例对照研究法收集对照人群,采用单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归进行统计分析。结果:南充地区青年人群胃癌的发生与消化道疾病史、吸烟、经常三餐不按时食用、经常吃辛辣食品和腌制食品有关,其中经常三餐不按时食用和患有消化道疾病的危害最大。结论:改变不良饮食习惯,戒除不良嗜好是降低南充地区青年人群胃癌发生的重要预防对策。Objective:To explore the relationship between living habits and gastric cancer occurrence in young people in Nanchong area.Methods:From January to December 2019,40 young patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by pathologically in Nanchong area were selected.The control population was collected according to the 1∶1 case control study method,and univariate and multivariate condition Logistic regression was used for statistical analysis.Results:The occurrence of gastric cancer in young people in Nanchong area was related to the history of digestive diseases,smoking,three meals are often not on time,and eated spicy food and pickled food frequently.Among them,three meals are often not on time and suffer from digestive tract diseases are the most harmful.Conclusion:Changing bad eating habits and getting rid of bad habits are important preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of gastric cancer young people in Nanchong area.
