南京地区中医护理专科化培训成效分析

摘　　要：目的分析南京地区中医护理专科化培训成效,为持续有效开展南京市中医护理专科培训基地培训工作和打造实践型高级中医护理专科人才提供参考依据。方法按照纳入及排除标准筛选南京市第一批市级中医护理专科化培训学员,运用Delphi法构建培养体系及培训模块,于2019年4月—11月实施培训。结果共纳入31名中医护理专科化培训学员。培训目标中,“带动科内中医护理技术”一项的完成情况最好(增幅67.74%)。开展培训前学员中医护理理论得分(51.19±11.91)分,低于培训后的(84.19±6.90)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学员客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核成绩为(83.90±10.70)分;学员主持科研项目数和带动科室开展中医护理技术项目数量增长明显。结论通过系统实施中医护理专科化培训,科学设置培训课程、严格学员选拔标准、切实落实目标管理,可以有效提升护士中医护理专科水平。Objective To analyze the effect of specialized training of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing in Nanjing,in order to improve the quality of TCM nursing training in Nanjing and cultivate practice-based nurse specialists in TCM.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,The first batch of trainees specialized in TCM nursing from several hospitals in Nanjing municipal were selected.Delphi method was used to construct the training system and training module,and the training was carried out from April 2019 to November 2019.Results A total of 31 trainees specialized in TCM nursing were included in this study.The goal of improving the implementation of TCM nursing techniques was accomplished with a highest increase rate(67.74%).The score of assessment about TCM theory was(51.19±11.91)before training and(84.19±6.90)after training,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The score of objective structured clinical examination was(83.90±10.70).There was a remarkable increase in number of researches held by trainees and number of TCM nursing technology carried out by trainees.Conclusion Through the systematic implementation of the training,scientific training courses,strict selection criteria and practical implementation of target management,the nurses’specialty in TCM nursing can be effectively improved.
