“双元制”职教理念背景下对新时代教师教学实施能力提升的思考

摘  要:职业教育是深化高等教育改革的重要突破口,高职师资队伍是实现职业教育高质量发展的坚实基础。但当前我国高职师资队伍仍存在教师专业素质不高、教学资源品质较低等问题。对此,文章从德国双元制师资培养模式出发,通过对我国职业教育教学的发展与改革实践分析,借鉴德国双元制高效运作与持续发展的经验,提出我国高职师资队伍建设应加强对师资队伍培养的重视,拓宽高职教师培养渠道,打造高职教师国际化培训平台,形成学习、培训、就业一体互为补充的能力提升通道;构建行动导向与综合能力对应的教改模式,从宏观、中观、微观继续系统深入,提升教学培训效果。Vocational education is an important breakthrough in deepening the reform of education,and the teaching staff of higher vocational education is a solid foundation for the realization of high-quality development of vocational education.But at present,there are still some problems in our country,such as the low professional quality of teachers and the low quality of teaching resources.In this regard,the article starts from the German dual system teacher training model,analyzes the development and reform practice of vocational education in China,draws on the experience of the efficient operation and sustainable development of the German dual system,and proposes that the emphasis of of China's higher vocational teachers construction should be placed on the cultivation of teaching staff,broadening the vocational teacher training channels,creating an international training platform,and forming a capacity-enhancing channel for learning,training,and employment that complement each other.An education-oriented reform model that corresponds to comprehensive capabilities should be built to systematically deepen from the macro,meso and micro to improve the effect of teaching and training.
