摘　　要：Notch基因家族编码一组高度保守的细胞表面膜受体,其参与的信号通路是决定胚胎组织细胞生长、分化和凋亡的关键通路之一;另一方面,Notch通路的过度表达也被认为是多种血液和实体肿瘤发病的重要分子机制,且具有成为新治疗靶点的潜力。本文拟就该通路在肾癌、膀胱癌、前列癌等泌尿系肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。The Notch family encodes a highly conserved cell surface receptor,and Notch signaling pathway involves in a range of physiological processes including cell proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis.On the other hand,the abnormal expression of molecules in its pathway has been confirmed to play an important role in the occurrence and development of blood and solid tumors.This article summarizes the advances of Notch pathway in pathogenesis of urologic neoplasms,focusing on the effect of Notch pathway in the development of renal cell carcinoma,bladder cancer and prostate cancer.
