针灸疗法联合智力训练治疗脑瘫患儿智力障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸疗法联合智力训练治疗脑瘫患儿智力障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2019年1月连云港市第二人民医院康复治疗室治疗的脑瘫合并智力障碍患儿94例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组在常规药物治疗的同时联合综合康复训练及智力训练,观察组在对照组的基础上增加针灸治疗,2组均治疗1个月,随访6个月。统计2组临床疗效,检测治疗前后患儿脑血流图指标、智力及粗大运动功能。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组的76.60%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗1个月后,2组波幅值、转折高比值、行走与跑跳、坐位、卧位与翻身、爬与跪、站立位评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后1、3、6个月,2组MDI评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸疗法联合智力训练可更有效地改善脑瘫合并智力障碍患儿的脑血流量,提高患儿智力及运动能力,临床效果高于综合康复训练及智力训练。Objective:To explore acupuncture and moxibustion combined with intelligence training to treat intellectual disability in child patients with cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 94 child patients with cerebral palsy and mental retardation treated in Rehabilitation Therapeutic Room of the Second People′s Hospital of Lianyungang City from Jan 2015 to Jan 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine drug therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training and intelligence training,and the study group added acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month,followed up for 6 months.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were counted,the indexes of cerebral blood flow,intelligence and gross motor function of the child patients were detected before and after treatment.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was 93.62%,higher than the control group of 76.60%(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,after 1 month of treatment,the amplitude,turn ratio,the score of walking and jumping,sitting position,lying position and turning over,climbing and kneeling,standing position in the 2 groups increased,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,1,3,6 months after treatment,the MDI scores in the 2 groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with intellectual training can effectively improve cerebral blood flow in child patients with cerebral palsy and mental retardation,improve the mental and athletic ability of child patients,and the clinical effects are higher than comprehensive rehabilitation training and intelligence training.
