摘　　要：知情同意是生命伦理学讨论的重要议题,基于中国生命伦理学研究进路的分野,中国语境下知情同意何去何从?《知情同意的伦理阐释与法制建构》一书在考察知情同意概念演变和道德基础上,强调理念“移植”是社会认知和实践的逻辑前提。实践则是理念移植到制度建构的中间媒介,为此,作者深入挖掘在临床实践和医学研究中存在的伦理问题,以实证研究方式明确了群体认知,强调立足中国语境的制度建构是知情同意作为公共议题的必然出路。该书糅合理论和实践、伦理和法律、个体和他者等知情同意的多重向度,既具有历史深度和全球视野,又有未来指向和中国情怀,是生命伦理学领域不可多得的专题性佳作。Informed consent is an important issue in the study of bioethics.Considering the division of research approach in Chinese bioethics,what is the direction of informed consent in the Chinese context?The book,Informed Consent in China:Ethical and Legal Analysis,on the basic of examining the concept evolution and moral basis of informed consent,it is emphasized“transplantation”as a logical prerequisite for social cognition and practice.Practice plays an intermediary role in the transplantation of concepts into institutional construction.Therefore,the author deeply explores the ethical issues existing in clinical practice and medical research,clarifies group cognition by empirical studies,and underscores institutional construction based on Chinese context as the inevitable path for the public issue of informed consent.Combining theory and practice,ethics and law,individuals and others,and multiple dimensions relevant to informed consent,the book has not only historical depth and global vision,but also future orientation and Chinese spirits,which is an exceptionally excellent thematic masterpiece in the field of bioethics.
