摘　　要：目的 剖析初级任职卫生防疫防护装备培训现状并提出调整建议.方法 通过问卷调查,从基层部队对卫生防疫的重视程度、院校课程设计和院校装备配置分析当前卫生防疫防护装备任职培训存在的问题,并提出改进措施.结果 明确了重视卫生防疫防护保障、合理设计培训课程体系、加强保障建设等改进措施在初级任职卫生防疫防护装备培训中的重要作用.结论 明确现阶段初级任职卫生防疫防护装备培训的重大关键问题,针对问题积极整改,才能全方位提高任职卫生装备培训水平.Objective To understand the hygiene and epidemic prevention and protective equipment training situation and to present adjusting advices.Methods Through questionnaires,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the training of hygiene and epidemic prevention and protection equipment from the aspects of the importance attached to health and epidemic prevention,the curriculum design of colleges,and configuration^equipment,and put fonvard improvement measures.Results The improvement measures,such as attach importance to health and epidemic prevention,reasonable design of training course system and strengthening support construction,played an important role in the training of hygiene and epidemic prevention and protection equipment.Conclusion It is important to clarify the key issues in the training of hygiene and epidemic prevention and protection equipment at the present stage,and to rectify the problems actively,to improve the training level of hygiene equipment in all aspects.
