摘　　要：目的探讨儿童肾母细胞瘤的CT特征.方法回顾性分析31例经手术和病理证实的肾母细胞瘤的CT影像资料,对其CT特征进行分析.结果肾区可见较大、不均质软组织肿块,肿瘤边界清楚,肿块可见包膜(31/31),增强扫描特征表现为肿瘤呈中等度强化(31/31),内部囊变、坏死区不强化(30/31),残余肾强化明显,形成"残肾征"、"抱球征"及"蟹足征"(29/31).2例肿瘤患者下腔静脉内出现癌栓.结论儿童肾母细胞瘤发病率较低,但增强CT表现为"残肾征"、"抱球征"及"蟹足征"等特征,CT检查有利于肿瘤术前定位及定性诊断.Objective To explore the CT features of nephroblastoma in children.Methods The CT data of 31 patients with nephroblastoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively,and the CT features were analyzed.Results Large and heterogeneous soft tissue masses could be seen in the renal region with clear boundary and envelope in all of the patients(31/31).On the enhanced CT scan,the tumors were medium enhanced(31/31).The cystic necrotic areas(30/31)were not enhanced and residual kidney was obviously enhanced,which formed“residual kidney”sign,“ball-holding”sign and“crab foot”sign(29/31).Tumor thrombus were found in the inferior vena cava in the 2 patients.Conclusion The incidence of nephroblastoma of children is very low,but the tumor has some characteristics including“residual kidney”sign,“ball-holding”sign and“crab foot”sign on enhanced CT.CT examination is helpful for preoperational positioning and diagnosis.
