摘　　要：病原微生物菌(毒)种作为国家重要的战略资源,已成为国际生物安全秩序调整期世界发达经济体大国博弈与共存的重要筹码,而我国早期建设的保藏机构已无法满足当前形势需求。中国医学科学院医学实验动物研究所在国家卫生健康委员会的统一规划下建立了一家国家级菌(毒)种保藏中心,为我国微生物资源的管理及开发利用提供了有力保障。本文将从硬件设施、管理制度、人员队伍等方面阐述国家级菌(毒)种保藏中心的建设规划及建设实施过程,为我国规范化、信息化的菌(毒)种保藏机构的建设提供参考。Pathogenic microorganisms have become a crucial chip in the world’s developed economies game of coexistence in international biosafety.Due to the present pandemic,an important strategic resource for this country needs to be developed during this adjustment period.However,the preservation institutions previously built in China’s early stages are now unable to meet the needs of the current situation.Under a new integrated plan from the National Health Commission,the Institute of Laboratory Animal Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has established a National Pathogenic Microorganism Preservation Center,which provides a strong guarantee for the management,development,and utilization of microbial resources in China.In this paper,the construction plan and implementation process of the National Pathogenic Microorganism Preservation Center is expounded upon from the aspects of hardware facilities,management systems,and personnel teams,so as to provide reference for the construction of a standardized and informationized pathogenic microorganism preservation institution.
