摘　　要：文化遗产活化利用工作在我国起步相对较晚,在实际工作中,还存在着利用"不够"和利用"不当"等诸多困境。适时对以往的文化遗产利用工作进行回顾,总结成功经验,检视存在的问题,对下一步更好地开展遗产活化利用工作有积极意义。文章基于广东不可移动文物的利用实践,总结了广东文化遗产活化利用的主要模式,并对其不同的运作方式进行了归纳。提出可持续利用文化遗产资源,促进保护与利用良性循环,加强与文化产业的深度融合,鼓励社会力量广泛参与,打造品牌旅游线路等策略与建议。The adaptive utilization of cultural Heritage started relatively late in China.In practice,there are still many difficulties,including"insufficient utilization","improper utilization",and so on.By reviewing the previous work of cultural heritage utilization,summarizing the successful experience and examining the existing problems in time,it will be beneficial for the future work when people carrying out the adaptive utilization of cultural heritage.Based on the resources and practice of immovable cultural relics,this paper sums up the leading modes of the adaptive utilization of cultural heritage in Guangdong,and also summarizes their different operation methods.The paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions in utilizing cultural heritage resources sustainably,promoting the virtuous circle of their protection and utilization,strengthening their deep integration with cultural industry,encouraging the wide participation of social forces,and branding the tourism routes.
