生脉散加味促进大肠癌术后快速康复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察生脉散加味促进大肠癌患者术后快速康复的效果。方法大肠癌患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组术后予安素粉口服,观察组34例术后予生脉散加味煎服联合安素粉口服。比较两组患者术后康复相关指标(肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间)、术后营养情况(术后总蛋白水平、术后白蛋白水平)及术后并发症情况等。结果观察组在术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前1d两组患者血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者在术后2d、5d血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白水平分别高于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症发生率均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生脉散加味可促进大肠癌术后快速康复,缩短住院时间,提高营养状况,同时不增加术后并发症的风险。Objective To observe the effect of Shengmai powder on the postoperative recovery of colorectal cancer patients.Methods 68 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.34 patients in the control group were treated with Ansu powder after operation,34 patients in the experimental group were treated with Shengmai powder flavored and Ansu powder after operation.The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first exhaust,the time of first defecation,the time of hospitalization,the nutritional status(the level of total protein and albumin)and the postoperative complications were observed.Results The experimental group and the control group had some advantages in the recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,the first time of postoperative exhaust,the first time of postoperative defecation and other rehabilitation indexes,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of serum total protein and serum albumin in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)on the second day and the fifth day before operation,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengmai powder can promote the recovery of colorectal cancer,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the nutritional status,and do not increase the risk of postoperative complications.
