孕漱清中药颗粒剂治疗妊娠期龈炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨孕漱清中药颗粒剂治疗妊娠期龈炎的疗效。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月妊娠期龈炎患者22例,随机分为观察组(11例)和对照组(11例)。对照组采用生理盐水漱口,观察组行孕漱清中药颗粒剂治疗。比较两组治疗前后牙周探诊深度(PD)、牙龈出血指数(SBI)和菌斑指数(PLI),分析两组治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,比较两组治疗前后龈沟液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)及挥发性硫化物(VSCS)含量。结果两组治疗后PD、SBI、PLI指数较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PD、SBI、PLI指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CRP较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PGE2及VSCS含量较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后PGE2及VSCS含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕漱清中药颗粒剂对改善妊娠期龈炎患者口腔状态有一定效果。Objective To study the clinical preliminary effect of Yunshuqing traditional Chinese medicine granules on gingivitis during pregnancy.Methods Twenty-two patients with gingivitis during pregnancy from December 2017 to December 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group(11 cases)and a control group(11 cases).The control group was rinsed with normal saline,and the observation group was treated with Yunshuqing traditional Chinese medicine granules.The periodontal exploration depth(PD),gingival bleeding index(SBI)and plaque index(PLI)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment were analyzed,and the contents of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and volatile sulfide(VSCS)in gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The PD,SBI,and PLI indexes of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the PD,SBI,and PLI indexes of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PGE2 and VSCS in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of PGE2 and VSCS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preliminary study on the curative effect of Yunshuqing granules of traditional Chinese medicine has a certain effect on improving the oral state of patients with gingivitis during pregnancy.
