摘  要:抗肿瘤药物耐药是导致肿瘤治疗失败的重要原因,其机制及逆转对策至今仍没有彻底解决。近年来,肿瘤伴生的微生物菌群导致耐药的观点逐步被证实。该文就微生物菌群与化疗药物、免疫治疗药物、靶向药物的疗效相关性及耐药逆转的研究进展进行综述。The resistance of tumor cells to anti-tumor drugs is an important cause of treatment failure,and its mechanisms and reversal strategies have not been completely solved up to now.In recent years,the idea that tumor associated microbiota leads to drug resistance has been gradually confirmed.In this paper,the research progress on the correlation between microbiota and the efficacy of chemotherapy drugs,immunotherapy drugs and targeted drugs,and the reversal of drug resistance are reviewed.
