摘　　要：近年来,随着高校的房产面积迅速增大,需要采用信息化管理手段提高房产管理的效率和质量。开发房产管理信息化系统,可以为管理人员提供高效的管理平台,优化管理路径,提高房产利用效率和管理水平.基于此,笔者探讨了高校房产管理信息化建设的重要性,研究了高校房产管理信息化建设,以期能够进一步提升高校房产管理水平.In recent years,with the rapid increase of real estate area in Colleges and universities,information management means are needed to improve the efficiency and quality of real estate management.The development of real estate management information system can provide managers with an efficient management platform,optimize the management path,improve the efficiency of real estate utilization and improve the level of real estate management.Based on this,this paper discusses the importance of information construction of real estate management in Colleges and universities,this paper studies the information construction of real estate management in Colleges and universities,in order to further improve the level of College real estate management.
