摘　　要：泛在学习诞生于移动学习之后,是一种新型的学习方式,其发生过程及学习效率的提升均建立在移动教学资源建设的基础上.时至今日,泛在学习已经逐渐渗透到人们的生活中,并形成了新的学习环境,在这样的学习环境下如何实现教学资源服务平台建设,使之能够切实服务于学习过程,就成了社会各界重点关注的问题.本文将以泛在学习环境为背景,探讨该环境下教学资源服务平台的建设策略.After the birth of mobile learning,ubiquitous learning is a new learning method.Its occurrence process and the improvement of learning efficiency are based on the construction of mobile teaching resources.Today,ubiquitous learning has gradually penetrated into people's lives,and formed a new learning environment.In such a learning environment,how to realize the construction of teaching resources service platform,so that it can effectively serve the learning process,has become the focus of the community.This paper will take the ubiquitous learning environment as the background to explore the construction strategy of teaching resource service platform in this environment.
