咽保护管在肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张患者内镜治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的观察咽保护管在肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张患者内镜治疗中的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的80例行内镜治疗的肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张患者;将40例采用常规无痛内镜治疗的患者设为对照组,包含男25例,女15例,年龄(53.37±4.61岁);将40例在内镜治疗的同时采用咽保护管的患者设为研究组,男26例,女14例,年龄(54.83±5.45)岁;分析研究组与对照组临床治疗完成率与并发症发生率。结果治疗后,研究组治疗完成率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在针对肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张患者进行内镜治疗的过程中,采用咽保护管能够有效提高手术完成率与安全性,降低患者并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pharyngeal protective tube in endoscopic treatment for patients with esophageal and gastric varices of liver cirrhosis.Methods 80 patients with cirrhosis and esophageal and gastric varices treated by endoscopy at our hospital were selected.40 patients treated by conventional painless endoscopy were set as a control group,including 25 men and 15 women,with an average age of(53.37±4.61);and 40 patients treated by painless endoscopy and pharyngeal protective tube were set as a study group,including 26 men and 14 women,with an average age of(54.83±5.45).The completion rates of clinical treatment and the incidences of complications in the study group and the control group were analyzed.Results After the treatment,the completion rate was significantly higher and the incidence of complications was lower in the study group than in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of endoscopic treatment for esophageal and gastric varices in patients with liver cirrhosis,the use of a pharyngeal protective tube can effectively improve the completion rate and surgical safety,and reduce the incidence of complications,so it is worth being generalized.
