摘 要:通过对小鼠体内总抗氧化能力、抗氧化酶和代谢产物等多种生理生化指标的测定,研究香菇的抗氧化效果及其机制。以干香菇子实体为研究对象,动物试验为载体,通过连续4周对小鼠灌胃不同剂量的香菇全粉溶液,探讨香菇抗氧化效果及相应的机制。与对照组相比,连续4周灌胃不同剂量的香菇后,能不同程度地提高小鼠血清、全脑和肝脏中总抗氧化能力;能明显提高血清、全腑和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶活力,同时降低相应组织中的丙二醛含量;能明显提高血清和肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力;能降低全脑单胺氧化酶活力和提高心脏过氧化物酶活力。香菇可以提高机体的总抗氧化能力,提高体内多种抗氧化酶活力,同时催化分解有害物质,清除机体产生的过多自由基,有效地防止或减轻由自由基所导致的氧化损伤,具有良好的体内抗氧化作用。To study the anti-gasification effect and mechanism of Lentinus edodes by measuring various physiological and biochemical indexes such as total antioxidant capacity,antioxidant enzymes and metabolites in mice.Taking dried L.edodes fruiting bodies as the research object and animal experiments as the carrier,the mice were gavaged with a certain mass concentration of L.edodes powder solution for 4 weeks to study the anti-oxidation effect and corresponding mechanism of L.edodes.Compared with the normal saline control group,after instilling different doses of L.edodes for 4 weeks,it can increase the TAOC in serum,whole brain and liver to different degrees,it can significantly increase the activity of SOD in serum,whole organ and liver.At the same time reduce the content of MDA in the corresponding tissue,significantly increase the activity of GSH-Px in serum and liver,reduce the activity of whole brain MAO and increase the activity of cardiac POD.L.edodes can improve the body’s total antioxidant capacity,increase the activity of various antioxidant enzymes in the body,and at the same time catalyze the decomposition of harmful substances,remove excessive free radicals produced by the body,effectively prevent or reduce oxidative damage caused by free radicals,which has a good antioxidant effect.
