生态型食用菌栽培园区旅游全要素生产率时空格局分析

摘　　要：生态型食用菌栽培园区开发旅游产业,可以帮助当地农民增加收入来源,提升生活质量。通过数据包络分析方法和Malmquist生产率指数,对食用菌生产企业所在省份10年旅游产业的综合效率和旅游全要素生产率进行计算分析。结果发现,在过去的10年里,整体食用菌产业所在省份的旅游产业总效率偏低。从空间变化上看来,旅游产业效率最高的是福建省,最低的是河北省。食用菌产业所在省份的旅游全要素生产率保持持续增长,在技术进步和效率上均有正面增长。建议食用菌生产企业结合所在省份的基本情况,确定生态型食用菌栽培园区的基础设施建设内容,开发相应的旅游产品和旅游纪念品,制定旅游发展策略。The development of the tourism industry of the ecological edible fungi cultivation park,can help local farmers increase their income in various ways,can actually increase the quality of life of farmers.Through the data envelopment analysis method and the Malmquist productivity index,the comprehensive efficiency and total factor productivity of tourism in the province where the edible fungi manufacturer is located is calculated and analyzed.It was found that in the past decade,the overall efficiency of the tourism industry in the province where the overall edible fungi industry is located has been low.From the perspective of spatial changes,the tourism industry has the highest efficiency in Fujian Province and the lowest in Hebei Province.In addition,the total factor productivity of tourism in the province where the edible fungi industry is located has maintained a continuous growth level,both in terms of technological progress and efficiency.It is recommended that the basic situation of the province where the edible edible fungi production enterprise is located,determine the content of infrastructure construction of the ecological edible fungi cultivation park,develop corresponding tourism products and tourist souvenirs,and formulate tourism development strategies.
