摘　　要：食用菌的生产过程关系到食用菌产品的质量,因而需要加强对食用菌生产环节的管理。针对食用菌生产管理现状可知,在食用菌菌种管理方面仍存在较多问题,其中较为明显的就是一系列相关的法律制度和内容不完善,导致菌种管理不到位。在分析食用菌菌种管理问题时,从法律角度分析,探讨了当前食用菌菌种管理存在的具体问题以及实际改善路径。The production process of edible fungi is related to the quality of edible fungi products,so it is necessary to strengthen the management of edible fungi production.According to the current status of edible fungi production management,there were many problems in edible fungi strains management.Among the most obvious was a series of related legal issues,the incomplete legal system and content have led to inadequate edibe fungi strains management.When analyzing the management of edible fungi strains,from the legal perspective,discussed the specific legal problems existing in the management of edible fungi strains and the actual improvement paths of legal issues.
